How does Evalife health card work?

EVALIFE Health Card costs around Rs 1500 for a family of four with a membership period of one year.

How to use the card

 Card holders are sent login credentials to their email. Patients can enter the log in to the site and browse for the network of service providers empaneled. Once they choose the service provider, they can approach them with their Evalife card to avail the discounts.
In case of any query or if you are not comfortable online, then you can reach our customer care . Th customer is armed with a team of healthcare professionals who will guide you in choosing the right service provider.you can also get information about the expected costs for a procedure / consultations / service from the customer care. To make the experience hassle free , we will be pleased to help you in booking appointments and in coordinating with the service provider for other queries.

How do we chose the right service provider


 the service provider is chosen after a detailed discussion with health care professionals in the industry. At Evalife we endeavor to make  the doctor has got not just the expertise, but also the service motto and ethics.  
To make sure that patients opt for  the right diagnostics, we include only certified diagnostic centers in the city.
Though the services are provided at an affordable cost, it does not reduce the quality of services. let us see that why in the next question.


How does Evalife manage to get discounts for the patients 

The price for  a diagnostic procedure like scan includes not just the actual procedure cost of test incurred but also  the marketing cost - e.g., advertisements , administration cost etc and profit margin for the service provider. Evalife negotiates with service providers to give back some of the marketing costs and profit margin to the members.


Evalife doesnot receive any cutbacks  from the providers- doctors, hospitals, diagnostics and pharmacies nor does it exclusively promotes them.the service prociders are chsoen solely based on
